1. No refunds, rescheduling or cancellation requests will be entertained from the buyer side for any reason. This includes, health, travel or any other reasons. If you do not show up for the event, you will forfeit your ticket amount. Events are in-person and will take place at the physical location listed on each event.
2. In case the event is cancelled or postponed by HTC due to unforeseen reasons like teacher falling ill, extremely bad weather etc., then option to reschedule or refund will be available to the customer.
3. All ticket sales are final and tickets are not transferrable to another person without express approval from the management.
4. Tickets paid for one event cannot be adjusted against another without the express approval of the management.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+9d1c139e95fa4486965fe2b008204d59@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
