Step into the world of architectural sketching and watercolor illustration in this playful, beginner-friendly workshop designed to help you loosen up, layer confidently, and explore watercolor in a more expressive way.
Together, we’ll sketch an architectural building and slowly bring it to life using watercolor techniques that focus on layering, depth, texture, and color harmony. Along the way, you’ll learn how to simplify architectural forms, choose colors that work beautifully together, and use watercolor to create illustrations that feel vibrant, dynamic, and full of character.
Whether you’re completely new to watercolor or looking to make your paintings feel more illustrative and intentional, this workshop will help you better understand the medium while having a whole lot of fun with it.

Who is teaching?
Manjari is an architect turned artist and potter who finds joy in playing with color across various mediums. From the fluidity of watercolors to the richness of oils and the versatility of gouache, she embraces anything that brings color to life. Through her art, she explores creativity with curiosity and passion, always seeking new ways to express and inspire.
